Terms and Conditions

You are agreeing to the terms and conditions once our work begins, and no signatures are required. Us beginning the job is your acceptance to the terms and conditions. We are not able to disconnect or re connect any water or electrical lines. Estimates are based on average move sizes and under the assumption you are packed up well, organized, items dismantled and ready to be moved. We can help with these, but it takes time hence some estimates may be off if these tasks aren't completed prior to us arriving. No coverage we offer covers the following, but not limited to, tile, stone, brick, plaster, glass, Ikea furniture, particle board furniture, fabric, electronics, tv's, appliances, antiques, collectibles, money, jewelry. Deductibles are per article. We cannot guarantee start times for afternoon moves as there is a move to do in the morning. We aim to be at afternoon moves between 12:00 and 3:00 pm unless otherwise stated.
